| 1993 | Esprit People Limited was formed as a division of Esprit Systems Limited, with the objective of providing a flexible, high quality Engineering, Industrial, Driving and Production Recruitment Service to clients throughout the North of England.
Esprit rapidly became the dominant force in our market sector, achieving year on year growth well above the industry average. Recent months have also seen the successful launch of our Commercial Division.

| 1995 | Esprit were acquired by HSL as part of Esprit Systems, together with two other existing contract recruitment businesses.
Esprit remained autonomous through the acquisition, experiencing dynamic growth with the opening of the Halifax and Manchester offices.

| 1999 | It later became clear that Esprit was not at the core of HSL group activities and a reluctance to invest in Esprit was detrimental to its future growth. In the interests of further expansion, the management decided to undertake a buy-out. This was achieved on 18th October.

| Since the buy-out, Esprit's financial strength has been maintained, enabling further office openings in Wakefield, Preston, Oldham, Doncaster and Bradford.

| Now | Esprit currently employs 34 full time staff throughout its offices and have offices in Leeds, Halifax, Wakefield, Manchester, Kings Lynn, Oldham, Preston, Hemel Hempstead, Doncaster, Bradford and Telford.

| Esprit has now gained BS EN ISO 9001:2000 which has replaced ISO 9002. |
